What you can expect

Jikishin Sensei unterrichtet jeweils am ersten Mittwoch (19:30 Uhr) und am dritten Sonntag (19:30 Uhr) des Monats. Geplant sind jeweils gemeinsames Zazen mit anschließender Dharma-Unterweisung sowie die Möglichkeit, Fragen zur eigenen Praxis im Kontext der Zen-buddhistischen Lehre zu stellen.

For first-time visitors

Before your first visit, please take Contact with us. We are happy to offer you an approximately one and a half hour Introduction or, if you already have experience with Zen meditation in a group, a short introduction.

Donation request

We ask for a Donation of 5 euros per evening. This amount is waived for Kanzeon Sangha members.
